Instead of providing written documentation through email, they resort to emotional manipulation and convey important information verbally before denying it later. Therefore, it's advisable to steer clear of considering employment with them. The company is owned and managed by three individuals, which means that even if you raise a complaint, it's unlikely to lead to any action being taken.
