I can't think of anything that I like about anviam. Earlier when I joined as an intern very low pay of 5k, later to 20k as fullte. Now they don't even keep that promise. Policy is always changing according to their needs.

Dislikes

No learning opportunities, if you don't have work. No WFH or leave if you want to go home for a week in many months. Even if you have leaves available. They'll not approve. If you are looking for work life balance they don't go.

Additionally, they foster an abusive working atmosphere, engaging in unethical actions such as salary delays and neglecting to respond to request for experience letters through email or phone calls. Instead of providing written documentation through email, they resort to emotional manipulation and convey important information verbally before denying it later. Therefore, it's advisable to steer clear of considering employment with them. The company is owned and managed by three individuals, which means that even if you raise a complaint, it's unlikely to lead to any action being taken.
