- A decent work life balance - Absolutely on time salary - One will get reasonable freedom and independence in working if one can prove his/her competence. - Environment/culture is pretty open and one doesn't encounter much restrictions. so things are pretty chill in that sense.

Dislikes

- As a dev you will get exposure to a variety of new techs and you'll learn a lot, but as a part of project management team you can expect minimal to zero exposure to what's new in the field. - Protocols need to be more defined and professionalism in projects execution needs to be enforced. generally projects are executed first and planned afterwards. - Although, not much of a problem but it would be better if the HR team tried to engage more with the employees and planned excursions atleast a year....Read More
