Work is free, no pressure at all

Worst thing is their is no HR policy, No safety nothing for employee's, work culture is also not good for experienced people's, for freshers ok, not maintaining cleanness, in the month of covid pendamic company not supported to employees.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
