There is nothing to like about Antino Labs. Its probably the worst comapny I have ever came across. If you are not receiving any interview calls, don't choose this company just for experience, you're better off without them. Its better to continue your job than to work for this incompetent firm.

Dislikes

There are so many things to dislike about working here. First, they will hire you, but if they don't have any clients, they will simply put you on a PIP(performance improvement plan), which is just a way to extract more work from you for 15 days and then remove you without it being your fault. They aren't doing anything innovative, they're just copying what other service based companies are doing.
