Overall worst organization. They only hire interns and lay them off before 6 months. Most of the time they fire employees due to no projects and make them work for 12 to 16 hours a day and pay them really less, not only during office hours but they try to ruin your personal life which is out of office. Office politics is at peak. They are worse than anything and would make you mentally weak. You get to learn a lot. It’s a little pressured situation but if you learn how to deal with it. You get to learn specially if it’s your first work experience.

1. No job security at all, hiring and firing policy. 2. Liars, HR, and even top management. They lie on the exp. of the developers they onboard on the projects of the client developer is in the intern stage and show them as 2-3 year exp. developer. 3. No working hours at all, they will force you to work more than 14-15 hours. 4. Onboard you on 3 projects and charge full-time billing from all the clients. 5. Even if you can't leave the company happily, as the management has the bad habit of taking revenge on the employee just because he is getting a better opportunity, they will try everything to ruin your offer. If they can't then they ruin your HR background verification. 6. They will even harass you in your FNF by threatening you to not provide a relieving letter and exp. letter. The company sucks the soul out of employees by piling them 100s of projects The managers give false promises to clients which when failed causes developer to suffer No self respect whatsoever as even when you leave they'll hold your variable hostage and threaten you with legal

Management is not proper and veryy poor , all of them are non technical and not even practical try to complemete 4 dats development in 2 hours which compromises the quality of product. And managers are non technical resulting in unrealistic deadlines creating pressure on developers.
