I learnt a LOT. The company had a robust training framework.

Dislikes

Incompetent senior management. Politics. People being promoted because of tenure. Lack of inclusion. Biases. Fundamental rules being changed every now and then. It had potential but lost it all because it stopped focusing on its main resource: its people. They don't get it that flash mobs and fares won't help.them motivate people. The culture is septic. The company may just shut shop soon.
