No job security, they can kick you out any day without any prior notice.
Thick skin people, make you fool emotionally.
Dislikes
Management, Managers are playing puppet role. company senior management work is to count your bathroom breaks, and your exit time to scold you the very next day.
Have zero amenities, they will take you on outing and make you pay their bills as well.
Founder ask for 20-30 rupees for auto rikshaw, he travelled from.
