They hire in bulk without any projects in hand. They show you big dreams, claiming they do this and that, but they are essentially just resource providers to foreign clients. Even after project deployment, there isn’t much work. After a few months, they lay off people without any prior notice, citing changes in client requirements as the reason. In July 2024, they laid off 300 people from Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Chennai. Layoffs happen every quarter without fail.
