As I'm in my probation have nothing much to say about job security, the work culture and management is good but would like to highlight few things that's too good in Anlage is it is the right platform for any fresher to start a career here, challenges, competition, learning is excellent.

There's is nothing much to highlight here as a dislike for now, but if the seniors give that space to understand and encourage a new joinee would help the person feel comfortable and work better for the betterment of the organization.

There is no work-life balance. office timing is 9:30 am -6:30 pm but they make us work 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, not just that Saturdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Rahul Arondekar- Worst Manager. Rahul Arondekar is the worst manager i had ever worked with. More than 20 employees has left his team. I will highly recommend everyone not to join his team as he will make your life so hell, he will torture you everyday, he is going to mentally harass you everyday.
