Disclaimer: This is heavily dependent on the team you're in. Relatively better than other companies in terms of culture. But slowly degrading. Relatively easy to approach the leaders than other companies.

The company has a beautiful culture that helps balance work with office fun and celebrations. I think that takes out most of the stress.

Dislikes

The upper management is more interested in saying yes to the client rather than thinking if it can fit the deadline or is possible or not, I think we need someone stronger to handle the things that works in favor of both clients and employees.

Everything i dont like anything about the company.In my experience, the HR department has created a toxic work environment, particularly when it comes to resignations. Upon submitting my resignation, I felt targeted and pressured to withdraw it, which made the process highly uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Salary not always on time. You will receive salary on last day of the month & sometime they delay it to 1st of next month. Appraisal process is poor. They have July to June cycle, but they will send an email in July saying, salary increment & promotion is delayed to September/October. They will always ask you take interview on weekend & will just give Rs100 for each interview.

Hiring process sucks. The procedure goes up to 2 months and more, they release the letter on the last day at night and expect you to join the next day. Even if you have any emergency and could not join, they do not extend the date of joining. Management is poor. Do not join this company, opt for bigger and secure companies, they do not value employees here.

I would say employees friendly and they give priority to employees and their concerns always. There are many reasons to say like Job security and work life balance. and at the same time internal events where all employees can engage each other without knowing or working with them.

I really appreciated Accolite Digital focus on continuous skills development through training and hands-on projects, which helped me stay up-to-date with the latest technologies. Dislikes

While I had a positive experience overall at Accolite Digital, one area that could be improved is streamlining internal processes. At times, the processes felt a bit slow, which affected project momentum. However, I understand this is common in fast-growing companies and believe it's an area that can be addressed as the company evolves.
