Poor Management. Managers are everything for organisation. No complaints are taken seriously. They are ready to loose many employees just to keep manager with them. Cabs are unsafe no tracking done. Company is just earning through work done by employees but no benefits provided to employees. No events no employee motivation or engagement activities. Just work

Work life balance is too good and they are giving opportunity to freshers, cabs are provided to everyone.

There is nothing extra curriculum activities no snacks and meal provided and on festival they don't do any activities, you just go office and work and leave, no team building activities nothing is present to divert your mind from work to get some rest from work
