If you enjoy creating slides and sit in pointless meetings then it's the place for you ! Very few teams do any innovative work and its difficult to get into them. The promotion and ratings criteria is rigid and opaque !

The work is very little and most of it involves writing emails and creating slides ! The team keeps on milking a couple of weeks worth of work for an year !
