The overall of working at American Express was great as they provide a very good work life balance and they also have a great feedback system which helps in improving at the organisation

The opportunities to grow and develop are very limited and I would not recommend people to choose American Express at early stages of their career

If you enjoy creating slides and sit in pointless meetings then it's the place for you ! Very few teams do any innovative work and its difficult to get into them. The promotion and ratings criteria is rigid and opaque !

Dislikes

Politics and fakeness. Lack of growth opportunities !
