The hierarchy is rigid. And growth is stagnant in certain departments.

Work-life balance is something which I feel is best at Amex, otherwise, projects are normal and there is a little window for self growth. Things move very slow and most of the time there is no business use case of the project but still, teams are working just to give a feel to US leaders that some progress is happening. Though JD mentioned that it's a research profile but after working in the team for almost 2 years, I never got a chance to even apply any NN model in production. So overall it's a very good company if you don't have any growth goals and want to enjoy it at the fullest....Read More
