The job security was good and the managers were generally understanding.

The leave policies are a mess. I was unable to plan a vacation for 2 years due to the leave launch policies. Additionally, as a caregiver to 4 senior citizens, it becomes difficult to plan leaves on a quarterly basis and getting ad hoc leave approval becomes a hassle everytime. When my grandmother expired this March, I informed my leader from the hospital and the 1st thing out of her mouth was not condolences but that I was not entitled for a bereavement leave. I understand that the company has policies in place, however, even if I am not entitled to bereavement leave, I was devastated and would have appreciated a little sensitivity at that time. It would be great if a little more flexibility and sensitivity was shown to employees at my level. I eventually quit for my own mental health....Read More
