I joined cgi as a fresher and have worked in for 3years .its a good company for fresher to start their carrier.work environment is very good.you will have fun activities on floor.appraisal is very good if you perform good.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily with collaboration.

Dislikes

Growth is slow Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths and there is no on-duty training for fresher hence we need help from senior folks every time.

Shift allowance is something we appreciate. Working as a team culture is good. Members are cooperative, supportive and friendly.

Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

Senior level and management level are worst overall India specially in south offices like banglore ,Hyderabad and Chennai . All upper lever and management level are South Indian and they do partiality between North Indian . It’s was a frustrating 670 days of life
