Salary structure is very good and variable payment is also available. The best thing is that you get 2 week off in a week and you get night allowance for every night shift.

The team, the casual and friendly relationship between non managerial colleges and the money and two day week off.

Everything else from work life balance to constant managerial style change to over abundance of office politics. To over time with no end. Constant night shift( I was in Night shift for 8 months straight)
