Very poor. No job safety. No facilities. No proper training.

Dislikes

As you get glorified by the brand name Amazon. You will be surprised to see how it actually works. Opposite to the market image, Amazon is working with no proper SOPs, no proper defined KRA. A place with full of stress and no recognition.
