Work culture is good. Management is supportive and understanding. Activities and sports culture is good. Currently it's been 16 months for me in company and I lied the company culture and management like how they works and handle the rough situations.

Dislikes

Can improve cafeteria services. Should bring some Indoor games and allow people to play with the permission of respective team leader or manager if they are done with their work and only allow for 30-45 mins max. Ask employee what activities we can host on weekends if they are comfortable. Should host more sports event and they can also try e-sports as well for these kind of activities they can make an announcement and check how employees react and who are interested in it....Read More

Office premises is good including cleanliness, there are some learning and development sessions for employees which they do on monthly basis, that is somewhat helpful. Other than that fixed sat-sunday off is the thing I like the most.

First of all there are some processes that are so hectic that you don't even get a chance to move your head out of your screen and they don't ask you before moving you to these process specifically 'CC' custodian contact worst process in the organisation!! TL's treat agents as they are their servants, God knows on which criteria they've promoted! It'll take a dig on your health for sure. Secondly, there are few deductions that are unexplainable and silly, half of my salary is deducted due to this if you're relocating and think that you'll be able to manage your expenses, forget about it! They issue warning letters like wedding invitations, no matter if you're sick, you had an family emergency, health concern they'll ask for proofs every single time and the hr's are hired to issue warnings only! Even they'll make you work if you're feeling dead sick, medical rooms are just for the namesake, let you rest for 20 minutes then make you work. No sick leaves no exceptions, strict hygeine that included warnings on break exceeds, unplanned leaves and late logins. You've to ask for leave prior one month for getting sick next month that's when it will go as 'approved leave'. In case of any family emergency, they'll ask for selfie with the dead body and also to do video call on funeral. Micro management at its peak! Cafeteria serves worst quality food and also it's overpriced. Transport facility is very poor, with a deduction of 25,00 from your in hand salary. Work culture is toxic specially in Ontellus process. Of course promotions are fast but only if you work like a bot and do slavery of the management. Quality team is not there to ensure quality, but to give you silly and minute errors so that the incentives you work hard for vanish in no time. When i joined i saw that AMI had not just been a company but changed into my family and i loved working there with no complaints.

Politics. You will see some people sitting in the management play several games and blame others. Out of one is Rita Jadhav who is assistant quality manager. I havent seen any manipulative person like her in my years if experience. She made the team leave and said they are leaving in each other's influence. However no one came to the team to ask y is everyone resigning. She is a player. Second is Vishwambhar who is a part of HR team….. God know how did he qualify to become an HR as he does not have his own thinking and decision making skills. Is is not working as a HR but is working as a slave to tge managers. Job if HR is to validate things and then come yo conclusion. Here this HR is hopeless as no HR qualities will not even check team members side and will reach a conclusion by just listening to a person who is the biggest liar in the field. The management here is a mess. The incentives for which we work so hard is deducted without even telling us the reason. Whenever you try to complain the higher authorities they will push you to another team and hence there's no stability of work

Everything is flawed. Very bad culture. No appraisals. No incentives. No growth. The processes shut down randomly. No job security. Bad infrastructure, not even a washroom outside the production floor. Cafeteria is only namesake. It's actually only a smoking zone with nothing 'okay' to eat
