Unprofessional way to work, No Careers Opportunity and totally Hectic Politics others to work. Worst Organization i have ever worked, All decision are taken by two management people, they doesn't have relevant experience of management, they are operated office like school, collage, tuition classes or general stores. Totally Politics, 70% staff are previous organization so totally partiality with new comers. totally politics with new comers. but if your personal relation are good with management than you have no problem, work doesn't matter here. Salary, increment, leave or other policy all are base of management politics. they are set only their life adjustment or their benefits. Employees are complaint about management political behavior and culture. but director so silent and ignore all complaint of employee. director are only investor he has no idea about this company and working system. Senior people working from more then 10 years have made it dominant and unethical work culture. even director favor them. New Comers Won't get to learn new thing....Read More
