Lots of pressure in this company I will never join this company in future Third class company politics is more on floor . Manager and Team leader both are stupid I'm suffering from fever but still they called me and said to login.

No job security at all, and with corona pandemic is going on, company is not giving you your earned salary as well. First of all they allocate a impossible target to achieve, and if any employee completes the target by sitting login for more than 12 hrs per day, still they finds some ways to deduct the salary. They give big announcements that if the target is overachieved, there is different incentive as well, but in the end there is no incentive for overachievers. So, long story short, if you couldn't achieve your target, you will get continue threats that you will be terminated and all, and when u complete your target, they don't give you your incentive which they announced, and for which your entitled for. And with continues depression, u decide to drop resignation, company will not pay you your entitled amount in the end. Worst experience in the corona pandemic....Read More
