No job security at all, and with corona pandemic is going on, company is not giving you your earned salary as well. First of all they allocate a impossible target to achieve, and if any employee completes the target by sitting login for more than 12 hrs per day, still they finds someways to deduct the salary. They give big announcements that if the target is overachieved, there is different incentive as well, but in the end there is no incentive for overachievers. So, long story short, if you couldn't achieve your target, you will get continue threats that you will be terminated and all, and when u complete your target, they don't give you your incentive which they announced, and for which your entitled for.
