Working in this organization is terrible it's just like u r working on contract basis or they can through you any time whenever they want. And regarding salaries its just like ROBORRY they are like white colour theives they will not give u incentives they will not give proper salaries. most important thing is they will always searched a way to cut ur salary and will not give u on time always deley to give salary .regarding growth u can learn how to presuries employees and how to cheat u can learn here in this organization. And in covid situation they even not allowing employees to work from home ask them to come office u can emagine how carefull they are for the employees. It is a worst company I have never ever seen in my life After did hard work we did not get our Own salary Always deductions name of performance. My suggestion is dont apply for the job in this company.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
