Volatile business process & job safety is one of the concern if we newly join the company. No yearly hike, you get incriment only if you move to next level job.

No job security they can fire you without any reason, after achieving they will not promote you or give you any benefits in underwriting and other processes we are doing overtime we cannot take leaves work pressure is extreme
