they have hell lot of micromanagement. one day i was 2 min late in meeting due to health, for this small reason they shouted on me like anything and started escalating the issue. worst company ever seen

Dislikes

micromanagement is there in DNA managers disrespects on very small issues. shouts sometimes. projects are very less . you will be shown door once your project is over. due to less employees workload is high even on weekends we need to work. they can call tou at any time even in night 2 AM asking about work.
