We can learn many tools and technologies within small span of time

Dislikes

When there will be working then it will be too much and few months there won't be any work at all. Long term projects are very less every project has maximum 5-6 months of time to finish overall development and deployment.

Micro management. They dont value their employees, they value their client only. No job security. Client consider and treats us better than Altimetrik. If you have a valid reason and even if the client is okay, Altimetrik manager force you to come to office.

If you are passionate and dedicated,the company will support for yor growth. As it is client based job mostly job culture depends on client location only. Had a good chance to learn new skills.

Not completely disliked , Need to do cloud certification, have to plan your timings accordingly. Free online learning subscription is provided. I find difficult in this to balance the time.

Pathetic work culture and management. It's more like a religious institute than an IT firm with head weight idiotic managers, their politics, and their favorite subordinates who dances to their tunes with zero job security. You are treated like cows in a slaughter house.

Easy onboarding but very late to associate with the client. Managers are not considerate to know what is happening with the folks. Employee not valued.
