This company has ZERO work ethics and more concerned with saving money out of it's employees salary. Delayed FnF as well as reduced payment. The HR of the organisation make commitments which they cannot hold. Vague policy is in place which is hardly followed. Higher management is trying to save money like a local LALA shop. If you have to take leave then we have to give proofs such as doctors priscription, photos of the party that you attended, I mean seriously?
