This company has ZERO work ethics and more concerned with saving money out of it's employees salary. Delayed FnF as well as reduced payment. The HR of the organisation make commitments which they cannot hold. Vague policy is in place which is hardly followed. Higher management is trying to save money like a local LALA shop. Hierarchy doesn't exist here, incompetent HR being placed (or to say part time HR part time Admin) with zero experience. Worst organisation I have ever worked in my entire career.
