Regarding the behavior of my manager, [Ritesh saxena, Daya Kaushik ], which I believe constitutes mental harassment and misconduct. Over the past [30 days period], I have experienced persistent instances of [describe specific instances of misbehavior, such as verbal abuse, belittling comments, intimidation.]. These behaviors have created a hostile work environment and have had a detrimental impact on my mental well-being and performance.
