Technical learning capabilities are enough.

Dislikes

Horrible culture by management and HR. Micromanagement by HR as if they are running a company like Google or Apple. Pressure on employees to complete their 9 hours even after working off-hours. Daily harassment by sending daily mails about office hours. Their focus is not on quality but more on completing 9 hours.
