Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

This company has ZERO work ethics and more concerned with saving money out of it's employees salary. Delayed FnF as well as reduced payment. The HR of the organisation make commitments which they cannot hold. Vague policy is in place which is hardly followed. Higher management is trying to save money like a local LALA shop. Hierarchy doesn't exist here, incompetent HR being placed (or to say part time HR part time Admin) with zero experience. Worst organisation I have ever worked in my entire career. 2 Saturday's are off still forces you to work on those Saturday's too. Long working hours. Poor management. If you have to take leave then we have to give proofs such as doctors priscription, photos of the party that you attended, I mean seriously?
