Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

In m.h Alshaya . everything thing is perfect ..it is a good company .. company has strict policy.in this company u would get salary on time n incentive too ,if u achieve. If you do hardwork then u will get promotion also ...I worked for this company for the period of 3 years ... It was awesome ..I love this company...

In the end the lineman angers who are deciding the future of staff . Often line managers mainly from career level C run their department based on their personal ajenda. Alshaya family has a very straight forward and ethical culture . Unfortunately the owners are not aware of what is happening at ground level

Alshaya is complete academy. I have learned a lot and grow in my career however very bad experience in the last 5 years of Alshaya.

There was no feedback from the manager to grow only they talk about it on Appraisal time just to get rid of appraisal. My last appraisal was disaster because of my line manager his name is Ruel Machuto. He does not have experience in store appraisal from last 10 years. My Manager Nikita put me on IDP to grow in September 2023. After that new manager Ruel came in three month he did not give any feedback that what was his expectation from me however he asked some other Store Manager as well how he can fire me from the company. He entered bad Appraisal in the system. He was in the store last three month from sept 2023 to dec 2023. How he can give bad rating for the whole year. I served Alshaya from last 14 years end of the day I never got sick leave unnecessary in that much years. I did not have argument with any manager, I was the the first candidate in HFD to pass Grow with us program. I love Alshaya because it is a Accademy to learn however some of the managers taking personally and making people to struggle in the life like me because I have given my 14 years in Alshaya company abundant me. Management is not so good, many people resign from the team due to new management, before it was people centric but due to changes from the last year it becomes very difficult to work over there. Salary compensation is not upto the mark.

salary and benefits. company always taking care the employee. what ever the staff needed company always provided what they need. so if i have a chance to work again in this company will grab again the opportunity.

the management in Logistics Warehouse in Riyadh. specially Asick, Shabeer, and Suraj.... they don't care the situation of their staff under them. how many times we escalate to them our situation in our team. but there is no solution from them. if our team did a great job the credit are fort them only. but if we did a mistake they are always blaming us.... if we try to explain to them the issue why we make mistake instead they listen and give any solution. they don't care... they need only are good result... i worked before in restaurant under Alshaya Group also. and my experienced there is different. our worked is under pressured because of the customer but because we are working together as one team and we supporting each other including the high management. the operation working smoothly and organized. but in logistics under in our team we didn't feel the support from our superior.... i am passionate and hardworking, if i have chance to work again in Logistics Alshaya. i wll not under Asick, Shabeer and Suraj.........Read More
