-Well nothing much to like about but we usually get our salaries on time even in lockdown. -Work life balance was there when there was no wfh exists
-Constantly comparison b/w tier 1,2 college and a taunt that you are from this background so more expectations - No bonus (whole amount deducted without any prior notice in 2021 and most of us have to use it for tax declaration) due to covid even though revenue was pretty good post lockdown - No hike since 2018 and now there is another reason of covid - Too much office politics and self centered people - No growth only constant torture of you don't know this you don't know that but nobody will even acknowledge that how many systems are running with zero escalationa because of you. - People here feel happy by demeaning others or make them feel inferior -No wifi/ internet charges provided but they will deduct the transport allowance (of 1.5k) as all of us are working from home - No covid leaves. - No work life balance in wfh environment. - Never got any goodies when other organizations provided furnitures to make home a better place to work, vaccinatios, etc.. you will just get your salary that's it....Read More

Jayachandra (manager of RPA team) will give mental torture to only working employees. If consultants will not work he will abuse/ give threats to remove permanent working employees. Useless employees of team are enjoying with less work load & no track of their track. Alshaya is complete academy. I have learned a lot and grow in my career however very bad experience in the last 5 years of Alshaya.
There was no feedback from the manager to grow only they talk about it on Appraisal time just to get rid of appraisal. My last appraisal was disaster because of my line manager his name is Ruel Machuto. He does not have experience in store appraisal from last 10 years. My Manager Nikita put me on IDP to grow in September 2023. After that new manager Ruel came in three month he did not give any feedback that what was his expectation from me however he asked some other Store Manager as well how he can fire me from the company. He entered bad Appraisal in the system. He was in the store last three month from sept 2023 to dec 2023. How he can give bad rating for the whole year. I served Alshaya from last 14 years end of the day I never got sick leave unnecessary in that much years. I did not have argument with any manager, I was the the first candidate in HFD to pass Grow with us program. I love Alshaya because it is a Accademy to learn however some of the managers taking personally and making people to struggle in the life like me because I have given my 14 years in Alshaya company abundant me.
