Flexible timing, not really much I like about this company

There is no work life balance, there is no life only work. There is nothing in the favour of employees, it's all for company and management. There is no medical insurance. There is no PF, now I heard they are providing PF for new joiners, don't know how true is that. There is no coffee , tea or anything in the office, you have to go out for that. There is not even tissue paper available in washroom, just one bundle in kept in morning and it's finished within an hour and thats it. There is no transparency between clients and company. Manager always keeps the client in dark. New people are introduced as experienced to the client and that employee have to work day and night to finish his work. When you try to take leave you made to feel like you are criminal. They only hire freshman or 1-2 years experience who is in dire need of money. Not at all process oriented, though they have 1200 employees. I liked the team I was working with in SBU3.

No process implemented. Every month delayed salary. Payroll person is very unprofessional, he is the biggest loophole in the company. Management not concerned about employees, nothing in place. Onboarding takes hell of time. No salary on time. No proper communication. No induction. No m ail interaction. No employee engagement activities. Work culture, work life balance, no respect for employees. If you take increment you can not leave for next 6 months. Sometimes you np is 90 days sometimes it is 60 days depends on their mood. Owner behave with employees like he is dealing with servants
