The only thing for which you can keep working in this company is Money, we used to get appraisals every 8-10 months based on performance.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Any senior person can come to you and ask you about status or what kind of a work you are doing. Shift timings are not good In many cases you might have to work on weekends. Extended work hours. No good policies for employee. No health insurance.

Zero work-life balance specifically if your Team Lead is working remotely. Not providing facilities to employees like snacks, tea, and coffee only provide drinking water. They offer much less pay compared to the market Don't have extra facilities for employees, they only pay the salary. I didn't have less than a 1-star experience with the work culture. No one is going to listen to what you are saying or your suggestions. There is only a 1% chance of getting a good team leader. It's the worst company ever. However, it excels in high and low-level politics. If you are a politician, you are welcome.
