On time salary, admin department was the only one that was friendly.

Project - Was hired as technical lead at Microsoft project but never got the chance to work/treated like one. Got demoted after sometime because of internal politics Most of the people were tired because few SEs did not want to work at all and just take salary while sitting idle the whole time. Undergraduates were given the positionof leads and managers without even checking their background. Overall experience has been nothing short of a nightmare for me and it also effected my family too.
