Management is not upto the basic standard indeed. They make fake commitments and start ignoring you if you are not a billable resource. Management is more business centric and don't even care about employees if they are facing any challenges or need support. I worked here as a Project Manager and don't do any PM activities. Account head is so unresponsive that she simply ignores you whenever you reach out to her. HR head doesn't pick your call and don't even bother to take any follow-up. He just stopped my appraisal because I applied for an internal posting into Tech M giving reasons that I am looking outside for a job.
