Need Advice 🙏

We had a client and recently our project has been taken over by "X" company. So client referred my name for the same designation to "X" company. "X" company reached out to me and we had a discussion. But suddenly my company got to know about it. And now they have sent and email to "X" company management to not contact our employees. In this situation I am losing out opportunity to work with Giant MNC. Please suggest me how should I slip out of this situation and get into the X company. I Note: I have worked 4 years on that project. Had many things learned.

Dislikes

5 years over still I have not received my gratuity. Please receive after two years. I know imagine how I had spend 8 years with allied digital.
