To speak frankly the work load has increased but i woulf like to point out that Allianz is trying their level best to reduce the work pressure is various ways... They keep constant connect with all employees and collect their feedbacks/queries/concerns and tries to handle it at the earliest...

Allianz is the best place for women's to work accroding to me there work balance culture is very good and it has got very friendly environment too...and regarding the skill development this will basically depends on the project ,actually in my project there were a lot of new technologies and there was a great chance for career development,but I don't know the case about the other projects and the most thing I noticed is allinaz offers a great job security and also it's provided facilities cannot be compare with other company's like cab facilities,refreshments provided,fun activities,learnings etc...Read More

The only dislike for me is in kerala Allianz have no branches other than in trivandrum,which caused me to leave Allianz for my family,otherwise I would have stick only on Allianz
