At this position you are held responsible for all the things thats happen within and around the team, even if the repercussions are not due to your actions. Unnecessary importance is given to different surveys that is within the organisation, at our level we are forced to diplomatic due to these surveys, because we cannot provide strict feedback to colleagues, if their is something not going in the correct direction. Salary package is not so competent to bring everyone onto same band doing similar role. Little bit of favouritism still exists.
