Totally unorganised environment.....top management is pathetic in terms of planning......biased management.... work life balance is terrible for middle level managers.....middle level managers (mlm) like team leads and assistant managers are the most struggling group...top management just need the work to be done.....mlm's will get hit from employees in terms of surveys due to the work load and due to the poor survey scores top management hits mlm's with appraisal ratings however mlm's have to extract work from employees by pleasing them.... no one cares about team leads/asst. managers...Read More

The efforts taken by the management to keep the employees engaged with different activities and the facilities provided alongwith opportunities given to improve softskills and additional training programs.

Introduction of a keystroke logging system that requires one to be present at their computer at all times was a major letdown, as that was considered to be the indicator of productivity, irrespective of the actual amount of work done.

Sales team had less learning opportunities compared to other departments. Basic salary package needs to be improved for the amount of work and pressure we handle in sales. More career opportunities should given for people looking a way out of sales. Growth is slow for most(No of employees are more may be a reason)....Read More

Work is interesting for people who love sales.We get enough support and training to do our job. Pressure creeps in when it comes to multiple targets. Inbound is more comfortable compared to outbound as product we are selling is top in the market.
