This is a dead end job. They have the worst management and direction. Only those people who are willing to bow infront of the bosses will survive and will be favoured for promotions. No matter how talented you are you can not grow here. You need to learn how to appease your bosses. That is the most important thing. The R&D wing isnot secular also because of few people at top.
