Full Stack .Net Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Work on various phases of projects from start to finish including planning, scoping, designing, coding, testing and deployment
• Analyze, triage and fix software bugs
• Deploy packages and SQL to Production and other environments
• Improve existing software applications
• Work on enhancements and maintenance for existing applications based on needs.
• Develop and implement new requests for ERP and financial management system
• Propose ideas to improve processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining systems.
• Interact with third party tools vendors
• Provide detailed estimates for projects and tasks
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
• Test and maintain ERP system to ensure strong functionality and optimization
• Recommend improvements to existing features as necessary
• Confirm application operation by conducting tests, modifying program sequence and/or codes
• Monitoring of inputs from external applications and working with other developers/vendors to ensure smooth integration
• Create and document standards and best practices for the development team
• Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.

What are we looking for:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or computer engineering
• 3-8 years combined experience in software development
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience in .NET/.Net Core, SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience in working with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework or Dapper.
• Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the following web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• REST, Web API and minimum 2yrs of experience in one of the JavaScript frameworks (preferably Angular 6 or above)
• Demonstrated experience in writing and consuming APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in functional and unit testing
• Exposure to cloud development in Azure or AWS

Required Skills

• Great oral and written communication skills. Must be able interact with customers directly
• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail. Able to handle multiple priorities with little direction
• Ability to gather and documenting requirements from customers
• Ability to work with a variety of tools and troubleshoot communication issues
• Ability to understand projects from the perspective of both client and business
• Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
• Knowledge of agile methodology

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of modern software architecture principles
• Knowledge on Python is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in designing software that connects multiple applications.
• Demonstrated experience in Azure and Azure DevOps
• Experience in Hadoop and Cloudera
• Experience with SQL Server, ETL development using SSIS (Microsoft BizTalk or equivalent technologies)
• Experience in mobile development (Android and iOS)
• Knowledge of scripting languages XML or wordml and PowerShell
• Web Server Administration experience
• Experience in ERP and financial system development highly preferred
