If you work day and night. Do BACKBREAKING hardwork (if you are a drafter) then you can receive a good Bonus amount.

Dislikes

This is a dead end job. They have the worst management and direction. Only those people who are willing to bow infront of the bosses will survive and will be favoured for promotions. No matter how talented you are you can not grow here. You need to learn how to appease your bosses. That is the most important thing. The R&D wing isnot secular also because of few people at top. Became of their mentality. You see all the above mentioned things will be there in all the organisation, where ever people are, just that we are little bit unprofessional lot, you will find these a lot here.
