Alkem expects employees family member should also not invest/involved in pharma business. If found you will be asked to leave the organisation without any investigation. Scientist who developed the products (blockbuster for Allem) were lay off in man power reduction. Instead of appreciation scientist was asked to leave the organisation in manpower reduction.

Policy :- instead of available online system they where using offline, asking for same data again in hard copy which was upload to there online site already.
