Nothing is good in this company. Company got great place to work award but I think it should be a great place to "Nark" award. I am writting about only QC department.

Dislikes

I can write a whole book on dislikes about alkem. 1) All thinks are expected from analyst like printing of worksheet, issuance of sample, analysis, processing, reporting, involvement in QMS, glassware washing. 2) No one supports you. When you completed your SOP reading immediately you will procceds for analyst validation and then you have to work individually without any help. 3) One most important think, "Reviewers are the iceing on the cake". They neighter help you nor they have any respective language about analyst. They are king and you are slave (If you are analyst). 4) If you want to join Alkem then you must forget to your family because there is no work life balance in QC department.
