Lot of opportunity to develop the carrier growth with new learnings, freedom to new technology implementation

Sometimes feels that owners want to grow the company exponentially as it is a fund rich company. But implementation is facing the crisis of that required set of skilled people. So growth plan is affected and delaying. Required massive manpower relocation or circulation.
