Alembic is a very good organization now a days, that organization is very good HE policy and good working culture. The best thing increment given in rights time. Retention bonus policy, higher education policy, parent med 💊 claim in these policy ony follow in alembic. My opinion Alembic is very good company.

there is No guide line for salary structure, junior may be got highr salary if compair to senior. And alembic bus 🚌facility not good they drive bus in a single rout. Like stae line equation.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. The canteen was not provide satisfied service. Very poor quality food they serve.

Job security is good, salary is okay to good as compared to its peers, traveling is close to nil as it has both its manufacturing facilities near VADODARA itself, work life balance is good as work load is low.

Dislikes

Politics is pretty high, and there is high amount of favoritism in promotion and appraisals. Work environment is average and there is not much scope of innovation and training is also sub par.
