Sr.Executive - Assistant Manager - Design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead process design activities for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company requirements.
  
• Develop detailed engineering designs for heat exchangers, mass balance studies, PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), and P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams).
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  
• Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high-quality output.

• Hands on experience on MOC like, glass lined equipment, graphite heat exchangers, PTFE lined equipment & piping, Jacketed Piping, Hastelloy.

• Safe design & operational of equipment & plant considering hazardous chemicals like phosgene & its derivatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 9-14 years of experience in Process Design or related field with expertise in Heat Exchangers, Mass Balance Studies, PFDs (Process Flow Diagrams), P&IDs (Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams), Detail Engineering etc. .
  
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university.
  
• Strong understanding of chemical processing principles and practices; knowledge of relevant software tools such as Aspen Hysys or similar platforms.
